A modern
residential structure built in
reinforced concrete, with all of the
comforts for a perfect, relaxing stay.
Albatros is located just four hundred
meters from the beach (Pacific Ocean)
and only 100 metres from the main street
of the little city of Playa del Coco.
The residence is very close to
restaurants, “piadineria”, supermarkets,
banks, drugstores, the post office
and car rental agencies. The buildings
are modern and well-furnished; they are
composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms
and a large living room/kitchen area.
The residence has an adult pool
and a children’s pool, an outdoor picnic
area with a natural wood structure and
the buildings are surrounded by a park
area. There is a laundry room, a water
reserve, an irrigation system, an
airconditioning system for each
apartment and solar panels for the
supply of hot water. The residence is
enclosed by a wall, a guarded entry gate
and, upon request, alarm systems in each
apartment as well as a cable TV
connection. Each apartment is fully
furnished with solid wood furniture and
electrical appliances. |
