Point Center Investment
We are an international organisation established by Italians and Costa
Ricans that build housing developments using high level technology
with low environmental impact. The excellent quality products are built
by working seriously to offer excellent products and unique post-sales
services. The construction company (Constructora Italia) is managed by
Italians as are the work sites; local labour is used. Our professional ethics
have brought excellent results and have continuously innovated our
production and construction system so that we can offer state-of-the-art
buildings in respect of urban planning, fire prevention and anti-seismic
construction laws, with a very high future value. The on-site presence of
valid people of Italian origin who speak Italian and our international experience
guarantee projects which are developing in a market that is in
continuous and definite growth. The Point Centre Investment work group
collaborates with qualified personnel in every sector (construction, tourism,
legal, marketing) who guarantee the investment and the quality of
each building. In order to maintain continuous contact with the investors,
our management is structured to keep our investors constantly updated
on the progress of the works in every single project (via internet).
