uses the Italian company
Constructora Italia in Costa
Rica for the creation and
construction of buildings.
After a careful assessment
of the construction area (type
of terrain, presence of
asphalted roadways,
electrical energy and water
pipes) the staff proposes
its project to the City.
Once the project is approved
under the strict Costa Rican
regulations and in
compliance with anti-seismic
and fire prevention
regulations, the project is
developed in detail by
computer. The Italian
surveyors and engineers
work to direct the local
labour on a daily basis in
the construction of the
buildings in compliance with
the precise regulations
adopted by the project. All
of the infrastructures are
controlled in the smallest
detail with well defined
technical specifications
prior to the start of the
works. Any requests for
personalised projects are
assessed and realised
by Constructora Italia. The
land registry information
are provided to the investor
together with the building
plan, approved by the city.
Constructora Italia plans
the advancement of the
construction in order to be
able to propose the schedule
for the start and completion
of the works.
The qualified company
workers see to the
construction and successive
maintenance of the buildings.
The rentals and monthly
inspection of
the buildings are handled by
Italian staff. Any requests
for information of the
advancement of the projects
is guaranteed by Point
Centre Investment with
reports in Italian, Spanish
and English (via internet).
